By registering a listing, submitting a service request, or using any part of Civil Process Network ("the Network"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Network.
Providers must be licensed, commissioned, or otherwise authorized to perform civil process services in the state where they are listed. Civil Process Network reserves the right to verify credentials and remove listings that do not meet eligibility requirements.
Standard and Featured listing subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Fees are charged at the rates displayed on the pricing page at the time of activation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Providers are responsible for maintaining accurate listing information including county coverage, availability status, contact details, and service types. Civil Process Network is not liable for leads sent based on inaccurate listing data.
Civil Process Network facilitates connections between requesters and providers. We do not guarantee lead volume, response times, or successful service of process. We are not a party to any agreement between a provider and a requester.
Reviews are moderated before publication. Civil Process Network reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, defamatory, or violate these terms. Providers may not solicit or incentivize positive reviews.
Civil Process Network may suspend or terminate any listing at any time for violation of these terms. Providers may cancel their subscription at any time via the billing portal.
Civil Process Network is a directory and lead routing service only. We are not liable for any damages arising from the actions or omissions of listed providers or requesters. The Network's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
