Service request information is shared only with the civil process provider assigned to fulfill your request. Provider and attorney listing information is displayed publicly on the platform directories. Waitlist information is used only to notify you when your state launches.
We do not sell your personal information. Lead information is shared with assigned civil process providers only. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Service request data is retained for 2 years for operational purposes. Listing data is retained as long as your listing is active. Waitlist data is deleted 30 days after your state launches.
We use session cookies for functional purposes only (e.g., referral tracking). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
