Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Paid memberships may be cancelled through the available Stripe customer portal. Unless a checkout or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and the membership remains subject to its paid-through period.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for partial billing periods after access/benefits have been made available. If a duplicate charge, billing error or other exceptional circumstance occurs, contact support promptly so the transaction can be reviewed. Any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

Downgrades and Entitlements

Changes between Standard and Featured are applied through the supported billing/entitlement workflow. Public placement and Featured-only benefits follow the authoritative active entitlement rather than a profile form selection.

Referral Commissions and Refunds

If a payment associated with a referral is refunded, disputed, reversed or determined ineligible, the related commission may be withheld, reversed or adjusted under the Referral Program Terms.
