Referral Program Terms

Eligibility

The program is available only to accounts the platform marks eligible, currently active Featured providers. Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership or authority to bind Civil Process Network.

Attribution

Referral codes are validated through first-party attribution. A referred listing can have one recorded attribution. Self-referrals and duplicate attribution are rejected. The referred account must complete the qualifying membership/payment process.

Commission

For the current program, an eligible active Featured referrer may earn 25% of eligible referred Featured Partner payments during the referred member's first 12 months. The platform commission ledger is the operational system of record. A commission may progress through earned, approved, paid or reversed status.

Review and Reversal

Commissions remain subject to review for refunds, chargebacks/disputes, duplicate or fraudulent activity, account ineligibility, abuse and other payment corrections. An earned entry is not a guarantee of payout until approved/paid.

Program Conduct

Participants must not make misleading income claims, misrepresent CPN, spam prospects, create artificial/self-referrals or use deceptive attribution practices.

Changes

CPN may change future eligibility, rates or program rules prospectively. Changes do not waive obligations already finally approved/paid, subject to law and correction of fraud/error.
